First I brown off the cheese 'n mash stuffed potato skins using a black and decker heat gun - it is efficient and effective, and facilitates an even crisping of the creamy surface!

Then I add them to the other stuff - the sausages, sweetheart cabbage and peas.
While doing this I drink a bottle of Thatchers Vintage, it is efficient and effective due to the fact it has an ABV of 8.3%!
Thatchers Vintage has nothing to do with Margaret Thatcher - it is sweet and tasty, not sour and foul.
Then I add the mustard and pepper sauce I made from a butter, flour and milk roux.
Finally I give it another blast with the heat gun, because it amuses me.
